Job Description: Under the general direction of the Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Services Manager; develops, leads, and ensures the timely completion of medium to large technical implementation projects and various special projects. This will include, but not be limited to, project planning, project scheduling, resource management, financial management, and communication.
