WWTP Maintenance Mechanic-In-Training

DescriptionThe City of Sioux City Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic-In-Training to join our team. Under guidance and direction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Supervisor, assists with the routine maintenance and repair of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and related facilities and equipment. This position assists in performing maintenance and repair work on all plant facilities, pumps, engines, motors, chemical feeders, filters, bar screens, valves, pipes, heat exchangers, air compressors, heating/cooling equipment, aeration equipment, and all other major mechanical and hydraulic equipment found in a Wastewater Treatment facility and collection system.
